Registration

All registration for our events must be made in writing via e-mail or via form on our website. In cases where an event is fully subscribed, the participant is notified immediately.

Confirmation

Confirmation of the registration and, if applicable, additional information will be sent to the contact when the registration is processed. All contact is made via the e-mail address specified in conjunction with the registration.

Prices

Prices according to current documents, contract or quotation. All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. If necessary, we reserve the right to adjust our prices.

Payment

Payment is made via invoice with 30 days net. In case of late payment, interest on late payment is payable in accordance with §6 of the Interest Act. Please note that payment for an exam must be received by us no later than 3 banking days before the exam.

Cancellation

Confirmed registrations are binding. In case of cancellation of events between two and four weeks before, half of the fee will be charged. If cancelled less than two weeks, the entire fee will be charged. A participant´s registration can be transferred to a colleague if the participant is prevented. When a participant fails to attend an event, this is equivalent to a cancellation.

Canceled event

We reserve the rights to cancel or postpone an event if the number of participants is too low. In these cases, the entire fee is credited. No other liability or other compensation can be claimed.

Personal data storage

The personal data stored are: Name, title, address, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. For more information on how we handle your personal data, read our Data Protection Policy.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for the cases where our events are hindered directly or indirectly by government action, strike, blockade, lockout, storm, war or other situation that is beyond our control.
